The SkyBox identity is more useful than “Jordan card”
The official certification example identifies the issue as 1990 SkyBox #41. Use that as a reference for the release, not a statement about the physical card you own. Copy the number from the reverse rather than a resale title.
A search for Jordan SkyBox can contain other numbers, years and promotional items. Read the full issue before saving a sale. More search results do not help when they describe different objects.
Why raw and high-grade searches can diverge
A clean-looking front does not reveal every edge or surface defect. Ask for a back view and avoid interpreting the glare on a sleeve as a condition finding. Keep your notes descriptive rather than assigning a grading-company result yourself.
A population report counts grading records, not every card manufactured. It does not turn an ungraded copy into a scarce high-grade example, and a low asking price does not establish a bargain.
Exclude the lot before calculating the range
Check whether a completed sale includes one #41, several Jordans or a complete group of cards. A lot price cannot be divided mechanically into a price for this card. Exclude results where the contents are unclear.
If only a few exact observations remain, show that limitation. Keep the grade fixed when broadening the date window, and use seller listings below only as asking-price context.
Build the Michael Jordan #41 search
The form starts with this issue and an editable Base finish. Confirm the actual version, then choose raw condition or your real grading company and grade. A catalog selection does not authenticate a card. Searches and sales requests start when you use the tool.
Review the example card details above, then build your sold-comp searches.
Review every returned match. Where the tool supplies sales observations, their dates and identity matter; at least three eligible observations are required for an aggregate range. Read the method →

Questions about this issue
Is this a Jordan rookie-card price page?
No. It concerns the 1990 SkyBox #41 issue, not the 1986 Fleer card.
Does a grading population establish production?
No. Grading records and total manufactured copies are different quantities.
